I am having a real hard time losing weight. I realize that I don't eat all that great, but I try. Being slightly stressed out for some time now is not helping at all. Biking to work 2-3 times a week (22 miles round trip) I thought would help, but so far not really. In like the last week I have lost all of 1 pound, good grief.
Oh happy day, Helen won the Biggest Loser. I did not want that cocky kid Mike or the whiner Tara to win. Is it just me or do some of the people look really emaciated? Props to that old guy Jerry for losing all that weight but he just didn't look right.
That's what frustrates me about my weight. I'm not huge, and I don't want to be a skinny minny. I just want to be a little smaller, fitter, toner. Why must it be such a challenge?
