Summer Vaca

Two weeks into summer break and I feel like I need to "get away". I have been on the move since I left the office! I've been to Independence, Grinnel and now I am on my way to Wisconsin! Been running around with C constantly and he never stops moving. I thought this would be a non bike weekend as we are headed to Jimmy Buffet....but no looks like we will be riding on Sunday. Not that that is a bad thing..I can always use the miles. Heck I got back into the Wi Fit and even though it has been 86 days since I've done it I was down 9 pounds! Awesome....still not anywhere I need to be but it is something.
